研究目的：

验证 RD Biomed Limited ?产的胃蛋?酶检测试剂盒的测定结果是否和胃?管反流病的检测“?标准”?法（24h?管多通道腔内阻抗-pH监测）具有良好的等效性。  

Objectives of Study：

the aim of this study is to testify wether result of pepsin detection kit produced by RD Biomed Limited is equivalent to the gold standard for detection of GERD (24h esophageal multichannel intraluminal impedence pH monitoring).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 疑似胃食管反流病且有RDQ问卷结果；
2) 符合要求并获得知情同意书；
3) 相关信息完整，包括年龄，性别，有唯一且可追溯的编号等。

Inclusion criteria

1. patient suspected of GERD and finished RDQ questionaire;
2. written informed consent;
3. detailed information are complete, including age, gender, and unique and traceable number.

排除标准：

1） 鼻咽部或上食管梗阻、 严重且未能控制的凝血疾病的患者;
2） 已知?管肿瘤、 严重心脏病且病情未稳定期间的患者;
3） 7天内曾服?过胃动?药的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. nasopahrynx or upper esophageal obstruction, severe and uncontroled coagulopathy;
2. known esophageal tumor. severe and unstable heart disease;
3. intake of gastroprakinetie within 7 days.
