研究目的：

探讨腹部大手术在手术结束时依据实时超声图像指导肺复张能否改善术后氧合、降低肺部并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether recruitment maneuvers under real-time lung ultrasound guidance at the end of major abdominal surgery could improve postoperative oxygenation and reduce pulmonary complications

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

腹部大手术；年龄18~65岁； ASA分级I~II

Inclusion criteria

Major abdominal surgery,age 18-65 years,ASA I -II

排除标准：

胸科手术史；并存COPD、哮喘、上呼吸道感染；术前肺部影像学检查异常；术前脱氧SPO2低于97%；吸烟；低血压；BMI＞30kg/m2；患者拒绝参与

Exclusion criteria：

Thoracic surgery history,coexisting COPD,asthma,upper respiratory tract infection(URTI),abnormal preoperative pulmonary examination,preoperative SpO2 lower than 97%, smoking,hypotension, BMI more than 30 kg/m2 and patients refuse to participate
