总结出针对先天性心脏病合并非心脏畸形的患儿同期联合手术的规范操作流程  

Objectives of Study：

Trying to summarize the concomitant operation standard for children with congenital heart disease combined with other system malformations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题拟通过对比分析先天性心脏病合并非心脏畸形患儿行同期联合手术与分期手术两组患儿血流动力学指标、并发症发生率、死亡率、呼吸机辅助时间、有创操作次数、入院常规检查次数、由住院引发的总体时间、总体费用等指标，探讨同期联合手术方案的安全性及有效性。证实同期联合手术较传统的分期手术方案更能够减少患儿痛苦、减轻患儿家庭经济负担、节约社会医疗资源 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This topic comparing and analyzing two groups, combined surgery group and staging surgery group over multiple malformation patients, by hemodynamic indexes, complications, mortality, breathing machine auxiliary time, number of invasive operation, hospital routine inspections, triggered by the hospital overall time, overall cost and other indicators, to explore the efficacy and safety of combined operation scheme. We try to prove that combined operation in the same period can reduce the pain of children, reduce the economic burden of families and save social medical resources more than traditional staging operation 

纳入标准：

1）首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院心脏外科或普外科就诊行同期联合手术矫治的0-3岁患儿；
2）明确诊断为先天性心脏病（房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭及其他复杂先心病）合并非心脏畸形（腹股沟斜疝、鞘膜积液、隐睾、尿道下裂及其他复杂非心脏畸形）的患儿；
3）同意按项目方案完成随诊，配合课题所需资料的收集；

Inclusion criteria

1) Children aged 0-3 years old who were admitted to the department of cardiac surgery or general surgery of children's hospital affiliated to the capital academy of pediatrics for simultaneous combined surgical correction;
2) Children diagnosed as congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus and other complex congenital heart diseases) and other system malformations (oblique inguinal hernia, hydrocele, cryptorchidism, hypospadias and other complex non-cardiac malformations);
3) agreed to complete follow-up consultation according to the project plan and cooperate with the collection of required information of the project.

排除标准：

合并脏器功能障碍；
合并感染；
合并凝血功能异常；
危急、重症患儿生命体征不平稳者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with organ dysfunction;
2. Co-infection;
3. Concomitant coagulation dysfunction;
4. Children with critical or severe illness whose vital signs are not stable.
