在颌面手术单纯充分润滑与联合麻黄碱鼻腔准备对鼻插管相关出血的比较  

Objectives of Study：

to obeserve only adequate jelly lubrication vs combinated with ephedrine pretreatment in nasotracheal intubation-related epistaxis in maxillofacial surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

颅颌面外科手术，年龄18～50 岁，美国麻醉协会分级（ASA）Ⅰ
或Ⅱ级，拟在经鼻气管插管全身麻醉下实施择期整形外科患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patient going to accept craniofacial surgery, aged 18~50 years, American anesthesiology classification (ASA) I or II, it is planned to perform elective plastic surgery patients under general anesthesia with nasal tracheal intubation.

排除标准：

拟清醒插管，凝血功能障碍，近2周的感冒病史，口服减充血剂，抗组胺药，或非甾体类抗炎药，鼻外伤史，鼻畸形，反复鼻衄，与已知过敏的任何使用的药物

Exclusion criteria：

To be awake intubation, blood coagulation dysfunction, a history of nearly 2 weeks, oral decongestants, antihistamines, or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, nasal trauma history, nasal deformity, recurrent epistaxis, drug use and any known allergy.
