研究目的：

超声探测颅脑疾病患者脑血流、视神经鞘和颅脑结构变化的研究  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the changes of cerebral blood flow, optic nerve sheath and brain structure in patients with craniocerebral disease by non-invasive ultrasonography

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者性别不限；
2. 患者发生了颅脑创伤；并有MRI或CT确诊；
3. 受试者法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients with all genders;
2. The patients had sustained traumatic brain injury, with the confirmation of CT or MRI;
3. All the patients had provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.骨窗无法穿透患者，
2.健康状态不稳定者，
有较严重的心血管、肝脏、肾脏疾病；
有较严重的呼吸、内分泌、血液系统疾病；
有较严重感染者；
3. 根据研究团队的综合意见，认为不符合试验方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. inaccessible acoustic ultrasound window;
2. unstable health state,including:
With serious cardiovascular diseases, hepatic, renal diseases;
With serious respiratory, endocrine, or blood system diseases;
With serious infections;
3. The patients were assessed as unqualified for the study according to the comprehensive evaluation opinion brought forward by the research team.
