Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of cerebral oxygen saturation goal-oriented anesthesia management in the wake-up test during spinal orthopedic surgery and the postoperative neurocognitive function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.需要行脊柱矫形手术的患者
2.基础血压收缩压<180mmHg，舒张压<110mmHg
3.年龄在12～75岁之间
4.ASA分级I～II级

Inclusion criteria

1.patients need spinal orthopedic surgery
2.Basic blood pressure: systolic pressure<180mmHg,diastolic pressure<110mmHg
3.aged between 12 and 75 years old
4.ASA I-II

排除标准：

1.有明显重要器官疾病的患者
2.过敏体质者。
3.沟通有障碍、不合作者。
4.术前贫血患者（血红蛋白（Hb）≤110 g/L）。
5.有听力障碍 、癫痫病史

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with obvious disease of important organs before surgery
2.patients with a history of allergies
3.patients with communication impairment or can't cooperate with medical staff
4.patients with anaemia before surgery
5.patients with acouesthesia impairment or a history of epilepsy
