研究目的：

PWV主要反映肱动脉和桡动脉（baPWV）、颈动脉和股动脉（cfPWV）间全身系统动脉的僵硬度，尽管一些研究表明baPWV与脑动脉粥样硬化或脑血管疾病密切相关，但baPWV与cfPWV均不能直接评估颈动脉和脑动脉僵硬度。ccPWV是一种新型、有效评估颈动脉与脑动脉的僵硬度的方法。本项目采用ccPWV检测仪检测大脑中动脉和颈总动脉的脉搏波，计算颈-脑动脉脉搏波传播速度，观察ccPWV在发生、防治中的价值和意义。  

Objectives of Study：

PWV mainly reflects the stiffness of systemic artery between brachial artery and radial artery (baPWV), carotid artery and femoral artery (cfPWV).However,those previous PWV measurements cannot be used to directly assess cerebral arterial stiffness,although some studies have shown that baPWV is closely associated with cerebral atherosclerosis or cerebrovascular disease. CcPWV is a new method for the assessment of human cerebral arterial stiffness. We used the ccPWV detector to detect the pulse wave of middle cerebral artery and common carotid artery, calculate carotid-cerebral pulse wave velocity,and observe the value and significance of ccPWV in the occurrence, prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.

纳入标准：

（1）影像学确定急性缺血性脑卒中
（2）愿意配合完成各项检查
（3）有适合ccPWV检测的颞窗
（4）参与前知情同意，并且签署书面的同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Imaging determination of acute ischemic stroke;
(2) Willing to cooperate with the inspection;
(3) Suitable temporal window for conducting ccPWV monitoring;
(4) Written informed consent was obtained from subjects prior to participation.

排除标准：

（1）合并心衰等严重内科疾病
（2）确认有恶性肿瘤史
（3）头颈部肿瘤经放射治疗的患者
（4）颈部动脉支架植入术患者
（5）存在导致ccPWV检测不准确的因素
（6）心源性及其它非动脉粥样硬化性脑血管病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious internal medical diseases such as heart failure;
(2) History of malignant tumor;
(3) Patients with head and neck tumors treated with radiotherapy;
(4) Patients with carotid artery stenting;
(5) There are factors that lead to inaccuracy of ccPWV detection;
(6) Cardiogenic and non-atherosclerotic cerebrovascular diseases.
