研究目的：

1.确定甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于肝硬化门脉高压性上消化道出血的急诊内镜治疗的有效性及安全性2.确定甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑能否替代丙泊酚用于急诊内镜止血治疗提供科学依据；3.确定甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑镇静在肝硬化门脉高压性上消化道出血患者急诊内镜治疗临床应用中的适宜剂量；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To determine the efficacy and safety of remazolam toluenesulfonate for emergency endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to portal hypertension in cirrhosis 2.To provide scientific basis for determining whether remazolam toluenesulfonate can replace propofol in emergency endoscopic hemostasis treatment;3. To determine the appropriate dose of Remazolam toluenesulfonate sedation in the clinical application of emergency endoscopic therapy for patients with portal hypertension upper gastrointestinal bleeding in cirrhosis;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18~65周岁（含上下限），性别不限；
2）依据病史（既往肝硬化病史）、体格检查、辅助检查结果（彩超、肝肾功能、血常规）临床表现（急性呕血、黑便）诊断为肝硬化门脉高压性急性上消化道出血者；
3）拟行急诊内镜下止血者；
4）签署知情同意书，并且自愿配合按照方案完成试验者；

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18 to 65 (including upper and lower limits), gender is not limited;
2) Patients diagnosed with cirrhosis portal hypertension with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding based on medical history (previous history of cirrhosis), physical examination, auxiliary examination results (color ultrasound, liver and kidney function, blood routine) and clinical manifestations (acute hememesis, melea);
3) Patients who planned to receive emergency endoscopic hemostasis;
4) Those who sign the informed consent and voluntarily cooperate to complete the experiment according to the program;

排除标准：

1）其他原因（贲门撕裂、胃溃疡、胃癌）引起上消化道出血患者；
2）既往行门体分流术或脾切断流手术者；
3）怀孕或哺乳的妇女；
4）研究者认为患者不适合参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by other causes (cardiac tear, gastric ulcer, gastric cancer);
2) previous portal shunt or splenic drainage operation;
3) pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4) Other circumstances in which the investigator considers the patient unsuitable for participation in the study.
