研究目的：

通过观察并描绘麻醉医师环甲膜穿刺气道局部麻醉技术学习曲线，并进一步探索该技术的培训模式，以期推广环甲膜穿刺气道局部麻醉技术的临床应用  

Objectives of Study：

By observing and describing the learning curve of local anesthesia technique for airway cricothyrocentesis by anesthesiologists, and further explore the training mode of this technique, we hope to promote the clinical application of local anesthesia technique for airway cricothyrocentesis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）颌面外科手术患者；2）成人患者（18-60岁）；3）接受全身麻醉患者；4）获得患者知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1) Maxillofacial surgery patients; 2) Adult patients (18-60 years old); 3) Patients receiving general anesthesia; 4) Obtaining informed consent of patients;

排除标准：

1）其他类型手术患者；2）未成年患者；3）既往有咳嗽、声音嘶哑或咽喉痛；4）职业嗓音表演者；5）近期或反复呼吸道感染，6）存在术后误吸危险因素；7）怀孕、正在服用止痛药；8）未获得患者知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with other types of surgery; 2) Juvenile patients; 3) Past cough, hoarseness or sore throat; 4) Professional voice performers; 5) Recent or repeated respiratory infections; 6) Risk factors for postoperative aspiration; 7) Pregnant and taking painkillers; 8) Informed consent of the patient is not obtained
