研究目的：

研究中等强度稳恒磁场对患有腰椎骨密度降低的绝经后妇女的骨代谢与铁代谢的影响，评估中等强度稳恒磁场对绝经后骨质疏松症的干预效果及其与铁代谢的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of moderate static magnetic field on bone metabolism and iron metabolism in postmenopausal women with reduced lumbar bone density, and to evaluate the intervention effect of moderate static magnetic field on postmenopausal osteoporosis and its relationship with iron metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄55~70岁女性，自然绝经；
(2)双能Ｘ线吸收测量法（DXA）测定腰椎骨密度T值≤－2.5；
(3)有腰背痛症状，且VAS疼痛评分在4分以上；
(4)患者知情并自愿签署知情同意书，能较好的进行语言或书面交流，依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Women aged 55-70, natural menopause;
(2) The T value ≤ -2.5 in lumbar spine bone mineral density determined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA);
(3) The subjects have low back pain symptoms, and the VAS score is above 4;
(4) The subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent form, can communicate better in language or in writing, and have good compliance.

排除标准：

(1)近6个月接受过能够干扰骨代谢药物，如糖皮质激素、降钙素、雌激素、膦酸盐等；
(2)合并有甲状腺疾病、骨软化症、类风湿性关节炎、肿瘤、库兴氏病、糖尿病、肝肾功能异常、血液系统疾病等可骨代谢的疾病的患者；
(3)子宫或卵巢摘除手术者；
(4)佩戴有植入式心脏起搏器者；
(5)精神异常，不能配合治疗研究方案的患者；
(6)其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Received drug treatments that can interfere with bone metabolism in the past 6 months, such as glucocorticoids, calcitonin, estrogen, phosphonates, etc.;
(2) Subjects with thyroid disease, osteomalacia, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, Cushing's disease, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases, and other diseases that can affect bone metabolism;
(3) Subjects undergoing uterine or ovarian removal surgery;
(4) Subjects wearing implantable pacemakers;
(5) Subjects who are mentally abnormal and cannot be treated with the study protocol;
(6) Other subjects considered by the researcher to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
