研究目的：

本项目拟在中药内服的基础上，加用穴位敷贴治疗儿童慢性咳嗽，形成一套中医内外合治的综合诊疗方案，提高儿童慢咳诊疗水平，改善慢咳儿童及家长的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This project which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, combing with acupoint application therapy for children with chronic cough, is formating a comprehensive treatment program of TCM internal and external treatment.To improve the diagnosis and treatment of children's chronic cough and improve the chronic cough children and their parents's quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合慢性咳嗽的西医诊断标准及中医辨证标准者； 2）年龄1～14岁，男女不拘； 3）由受试者家长签属知情同意书，并能够配合者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Children who are accordance with the standard of Western medicine diagnosis of chronic cough and TCM syndrome differentiation standard;
2) Male or female children aged 1 to 14 years old;
3) the parents of the subjects will be signed informed consent, and to be able to cooperate.

排除标准：

1）合并有其他严重呼吸系统疾病者：如先天性气管食管瘘、先天性血管畸形压迫气道、喉气管支气管软化和(或)狭窄、支气管肺囊肿、纤毛运动障碍、纵隔肿瘤等； 2）伴有严重的肝、肾疾病，心血管疾病，内分泌疾病，血液系统疾病，神经系统疾病者； 3）对试验药物过敏者； 4）根据医生判断，容易造成失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Children are associated with other serious respiratory diseases such as congenital tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital malformation, airway compression of laryngotracheal bronchomalacia and (or) stenosis, bronchial cyst, mediastinal tumor, ciliary dyskinesia;
2) Children are with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, blood system diseases, nervous system diseases;
3) Children are to test drug allergy;
4) According to the doctor's judgment, Children are easy to cause the loss of visitors.
