研究目的：

主要目的：确定书写表达对于男男HIV/AIDS患者自我歧视的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the effect of expressive writing on internalized stigma in men who have sex with men with HIV/AIDS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

书写表达共持续4周，总4次，每周一次，每次30分钟以上，第一周进行第一阶段书写，第二、三周进行第二阶段书写，第四周进行第三阶段书写。书写在医院艾滋病关怀机构的一间单独的房间进行,研究者予患者指导语，患者在纸张上完成书写任务，告知患者书写时不必关注语句通顺，语法对错，重在表露自己的想法。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The writing and expression lasted for 4 weeks, 4 times in total, once a week, for more than 30 minutes each time, the first stage of writing was performed in the first week, the second stage of writing was performed in the second and third weeks, and the third stage of writing was performed in the fourth week. The writing was carried out in a separate room of the hospital's AIDS care facility. The researcher gave instructions to the patient. The patient completed the writing task on paper, and told the patient that he did not need to pay attention to the smoothness of the sentence, the grammar is right or wrong, and the focus was on expressing his thoughts. 

纳入标准：

1.经疾病预防控制中心或定点医院确诊为HIV抗体阳性；
2.自我报告感染途径为男男同性性行为；
3.高中文化程度及以上；
4.拥有手机或电脑等互联网通讯设备；
5.神志清楚，知情同意，自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. HIV infection confirmed by CDC or designated hospital lab;
2. Male and self-reported infected by homosexual intercourse;
3. High school education or above;
4. Possession of mobile phone, computer and other Internet communication equipment;
5. With informed consent and join in this study voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.在感染HIV之后曾经接受过心理咨询的患者；
2.经常（频率大于1次/ 2周）接受艾滋病关怀机构关怀的患者；
3.病情严重，难以配合调查者；
4.合并精神疾病，认知障碍的患者；
5.言语、听力功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had received psychological counseling after HIV infection;
2. Receive care from AIDS care institutions frequently (more than 1 time per 2 weeks);
3. With serious condition and difficult to cooperate;
4. With mental illness;
5. Vision, hearing and cognitive function impairment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究未采用纸质版患者病例记录表（CRF），研究者采用Epidata编制CRF，形成电子采集和管理系统（EDC）。 研究者将基线、干预结束、干预后4周需测量的量表制作成电子问卷，通过问卷星平台生成链接，患者填写后，研究者将其填写的内容导出，转录至EDC中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, the paper version of patient case record form (CRF) will be not used, Epidata 3.1 will be used as the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) to manage data. The researchers perform the measurement using electronic questionnaires through QuestionnaireStar platform at baseline, the end of the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention. After the participants fill in the questionnaires, the researchers will export the data and transcribe them into EDC.
