研究目的：

分析糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停患者代谢异常的原因，为临床诊治提供充分可靠的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the causes of metabolic abnormalities in patients with diabetes mellitus and sleep apnea, to provide a reliable and scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集2021年8月-2025年12月我院糖尿病合并睡眠呼吸暂停患者的相关病历资料。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Medical records of patients with diabetes complicated with sleep apnea in our hospital from August 2021 to December 2025 were collected. 

纳入标准：

1.符合WHO糖尿病诊断标准；
2.符合《阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊治指南》中睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的诊断标准；
3.耳鼻喉科检查无鼻息肉、扁桃体悬雍垂肥大等；
4.曾在我院做过骨密度、生化全套、糖化血红蛋白、C肽、胰岛素等检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as diabetes mellitus in accordance with the WHO Diabetes Diagnosis Classification Standard;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome;
3. Department of ENT examination without nasal polyps, tonsil hypertrophy of uvula;
4. Collect patients who have undergone BMD, biochemical full set, HbA1c, C-peptide, insulin, etc. in our hospital.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心脏疾病（6个月以内急性心梗、慢性心衰、瓣膜病及心肌病）
2.患有恶性肿瘤疾病
3.严重的肾脏疾病（急慢性肾功能不全，肾病综合症，肾炎等）
4.严重的肺部疾病（肺大泡儿、气胸、纵隔气肿、COPD、肺纤维化、肿瘤等）
5.合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒、糖尿病高血糖高渗状态、甲状腺功能低下，垂体及肾上腺功能减退。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe heart disease (acute myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, valvular heart disease, and heart failure within 6 months).
2.Malignant tumor diseases
3.Severe renal disease (acute and chronic renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, nephritis, etc.)
4.Serious lung disease (pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis, tumor COPD, etc.)
5.Diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetes, Diabetic hyperglycemia hypertonic state, hypothyroidism, pituitary and adrenal insufficiency.
