根据中国孕产妇独特的发病风险和孕产妇保健体系特征，为了实现 “标准化、多学科衔接、文化建设”目标，本项目目标为建设孕产妇血栓防治综合应急能力体系。拟从孕产妇血栓防治应急管理角度，以期在率先形成特色的孕产妇血栓防治应急体系、标准，为《健康中国2030”规划纲要》提供新的策略。
