研究目的：

在现有国内外卡替洛尔和噻吗洛尔治疗毛细血管瘤研究的基础上，选取符合纳入标准的毛细血管瘤患者自愿局部外用卡替洛尔或噻吗洛尔。观察患者血管瘤瘤体大小、颜色、厚度等变化，对卡替洛尔与噻吗洛尔治疗毛细血管瘤的的疗效及并发症进行评估，探讨二者在治疗毛细血管瘤有效率、平均治疗时间、并发症发生率等方面的统计学差异，以综合评估卡替洛尔是否能够替代噻吗洛尔外用治疗毛细血管瘤，进而提高或者改善患者的治疗有效率及治愈率。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of the research on the treatment of capillary hemangioma with carotenolol and timolol at home and abroad, the patients with capillary hemangioma who meet the inclusion criteria were selected to use topical carotenolol or timolol voluntarily. To observe the changes of hemangioma size, color and thickness, evaluate the curative effect and complications of carotenolol and timolol in the treatment of capillary hemangioma, and explore the statistical differences in the effective rate, average treatment time and complication rate between them, so as to comprehensively evaluate the effect of carotenolol and timolol in the treatment of capillary hemangioma. Whether it can replace timolol for external treatment of capillary hemangioma, and then improve the treatment efficiency and cure rate of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.治疗前确诊为毛细血管瘤；
2.增生期血管瘤： 年龄0-1岁；
3.浅表血管瘤：病变厚度＜0.5cm；
4.肿瘤最大直径＜5cm；
5.肿瘤表面无破溃感染等症状；
6.患者家属有积极配合治疗意愿,愿意在规定时间内复诊，能保证协助完成治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. before treatment, it was diagnosed as capillary hemangioma;
2. proliferative hemangioma aged 0-1 years;
3. superficial hemangioma: lesion thickness < 0.5cm;
4. the largest diameter of tumor was less than 5cm;
5. there were no symptoms such as ulceration and infection on the surface of tumor;
6. The family members of the patients are willing to cooperate with the treatment actively and are willing to go back to the doctor within the prescribed time to ensure the completion of the treatment.

排除标准：

1.对卡替洛尔和（或）噻吗洛尔药物过敏者；
2.重要脏器有原发性疾病；
3.有其他治疗禁忌症，如甲状腺功能低下、支气管哮喘、窦性心动过缓、二度及以上房室传导阻滞等；
4.未签署知情同意书或不能完成各项检查者；
5.其他原因造成研究者认为不适合入组实验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. allergic to Kati Carol and / or timolol;
2. there are primary diseases in important organs;
3. There are other contraindications for treatment, such as hypothyroidism, bronchial asthma, sinus bradycardia, second degree and above atrioventricular block, etc.;
4. failing to sign informed consent or fail to complete the examination;
5. other reasons may not be suitable for researchers.
