研究目的：

這篇研究主要分析鼻咽氣道與下顎提升裝置對於暢通呼吸道、預防標靶輸注麻醉中呼吸道阻塞、以及術後兩者所造成的併發症之比較。  

Objectives of Study：

This research is to evaluate the efficacy of nasal airway and Jaw elevation device(JED) on prevention of upper airway obstruction under TCI intravenous anesthesia and device-related complication

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受標靶輸注靜脈麻醉的病人
2.符合美國麻醉醫學會（ASA）生理狀態分級第一級及第二級的標準

Inclusion criteria

1. under target-controlled infusion anesthesia;
2. ASA=I or II.

排除标准：

1.拒絕簽署同意書者
2.曾經對特定麻醉藥物（Propofol、Fentanyl、Lidocaine）過敏者
3.美國麻醉醫學會（ASA）生理狀態分級第三級以上者
4.預期困難面罩通氣者

Exclusion criteria：

1. refuse sign consent;
2. allergy to anesthetic drug(Propofol, Fentanyl, Lidocaine);
3. ASA>=III;
4. difficult mask ventilation.
