研究目的：

本项目拟通过潜变量增长混合模型（LGMM）纵向追踪孕产妇及配偶的心理韧性、人格特质与心理健康之间的动态变化，构建孕产妇的人格-韧性-心理健康模型（PRRM-M）、描绘孕产妇及配偶的孕期心理韧性发展轨迹、架构孕产妇及其配偶自我效能、心理韧性心理健康的主-客体互倚模型、开发孕产妇产后抑郁的预测模型，从而为开展孕产期保健服务的卫生专业人员和卫生机构提供更为科学、深入的可靠性证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to longitudinally track the dynamic changes between maternal and spousal psychological resilience, personality traits and mental health through latent variable growth mixture model (LGMM), construct a maternal personality-resilience-mental health model (PRRM-M), depict the developmental trajectory of maternal and spousal psychological resilience during pregnancy, structure the subject-object interdependence of maternal and spousal self-efficacy, psychological resilience mental health, and develop a predictive model of maternal depression. The study also aims to develop a model for predicting maternal postpartum depression, which will provide more scientific and in-depth reliability evidence for health professionals and health organizations providing maternal health services.

①于2021年7-9月至产科门诊建档的孕妇及其配偶；②自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pregnant women and their spouses who came to the obstetric clinic for documentation in July-September 2021; (2) Those who volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①既往或目前有精神疾病者；②中途拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria：

①Persons with previous or current mental illness; ②Participants who refused midway
