研究目的：

评估功能性近红外光谱成像技术在康复科常见疾病（如脑卒中、周围神经损伤、脊髓损伤、帕金森病等疾病）应用不同类型康复治疗（运动疗法、作业疗法、电刺激、针灸、物理因子治疗等康复方案）前后及受试者与对照组相比脑皮质激活及脑区间功能连接的变化，结合相关的运动、感觉、平衡、认知功能量表、日常生活活动能力、社会参与能力量表等来评价各种康复方案的疗效，确定最优的康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Assessment of functional near infrared spectral imaging technology in the rehabilitation department common disease (e.g., stroke, and peripheral nerve injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease and other diseases) application of different types of rehabilitation therapy (sport therapy, homework therapy, electrical stimulation, acupuncture, physical factors therapy and other rehabilitation scheme) and compared with the control group subjects before and after the changes of cerebral cortex activation and brain connection interval function, combined with related movement,sensory , balance, cognitive function scale, daily life activities ability, social participation ability scale to evaluate the curative effect of rehabilitation scheme of all kinds and to determine the optimal rehabilitation programme.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.神经系统疾病患者（脑卒中、帕金森、脊髓损伤、格林巴利等神经系统疾病）；
2.有运动、感觉、认知、言语、吞咽及心理等功能障碍者；
3.有康复需求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's, spinal cord injury, Guillain-Barre and other neurological diseases);
2. Those with functional impairments such as motor, sensory, cognition, speech, swallowing and psychology;
3. There is a need for rehabilitation.

排除标准：

1.严重的肺部感染、心脏病、肝肾等疾病及其他严重器质性疾病者；
2.严重的精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe lung infection, heart disease, liver and kidney and other diseases and other serious organic diseases;
2. Severe mental illness.
