研究目的：

1、 比较PIEB分娩镇痛技术采用不同脉冲剂量的运动阻滞情况、镇痛效果以及尿储留等副作用的发生率； 2、 探讨PIEB分娩镇痛技术药物用量与产妇身高、腹围、体重的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Compare the motion block, analgesic effect and incidence of side effect like urinary retention using different doses of PIEB. 2.Discuss the correlation between the drug doses of PIEB with height, abdomen circumference and weight of puerperant.

纳入标准：

所有有镇痛要求的孕足月初产妇。

Inclusion criteria

All of the puerperant asking for labor analgesia.

排除标准：

凝血系统异常、腰椎疾病或外伤等椎管内麻醉相关禁忌症；产前服用镇痛或镇静催眠药史；意识障碍或精神类疾病史；妊娠期糖尿病、重度子痫前期、胎盘早剥、瘢痕子宫等高危妊娠；死胎、畸形胎儿引产。

Exclusion criteria：

Contraindications related to spinal anesthesia, such as abnormal coagulation system, lumbar disease or trauma;Use of analgesic or sedative hypnotic drugs before delivering;A history of consciousness disturbance or mental illness;Gestational diabetes, severe preeclampsia, placental abruption, scar uterus and other high-risk pregnancies;Induction of stillbirth and deformity.
