研究目的：

评估Ultra Q-YAG玻璃体消融术对于前后部玻璃体作用后，眼内压、晶状体、玻璃体、视网膜的变化以及在玻璃体腔内的安全操作范围以及能量范围；观察疗效及安全性、有效性，同时进行患者满意度调查，以便于将来更好的指导临床治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects and safety of vitreous ablation with Ultra Q Reflex Nd:YAG laser (Ellex, Australia) in patients with vitreous opacity, furthermore, to discuss the safe range and energy of vitreous ablation for lens and retina.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）玻璃体后脱离继发症状的Weiss环; （2）漂浮症状持续时间至少半个月; （3）经B超检查，可见明显的混浊灶，且患者自述有明显的症状，治疗态度积极；（4）屈光间质基本清晰；（5）无明显视网膜病变；（6）浑浊物距视网膜及晶状体＞3 mm；（7）排除其他眼部疾病引起的玻璃体混浊和/或晶体明显混浊者；（8）患者均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Floaters is led by posterior vitreotls detachment(Weiss ring);
2. Symptom lasted at least half month;
3. Floaters are obvious and the patient is volunteer;
4. Optical media is clear;
5. No fundus disease;
6. The distance between floaters and retina or lens is beyond 3mm;
7. The floaters are not induced by other dissease and lens opacity is obvious;
8. Patients must sign the Informed Consent Form.

排除标准：

（1）最佳矫正视力＜0.4; （2）视网膜撕裂，视网膜脱离，葡萄膜炎，糖尿病性视网膜病变，黄斑水肿，视网膜静脉阻塞等眼部疾病; （3）青光眼或高眼压的病史，青光眼术后或者正在服用或者局部使用抗青光眼类药物的患者；（4）诊断为白内障的患者；（5）有精神、心理问题的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Best-corrected visual acuity is under 0.4;
2. Retina tear, retina detachmentuveitisdiabetic retinopathymacular oedemaand so on;
3. Glaucoma and intraocular hypertension;
4. Patients with cataract;
5. Patients with mental and psychological disease.
