研究目的：

主要研究目的：采用 CMAP scan MUNE技术，对脊髓损伤后的 MU的特性、肌肉结构变化等关键问题展开研究，探索SCI后产生的神经肌肉变化。次要研究目的：建立正常受试者FDI的MU正常参考值并探索CMAP scan MUNE 对SCI患者MU减少的判定标准。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to explore the neuromuscular changes after SCI.The method was to study the characteristics and the changes of muscle structure of motor unit after spinal cord injury(SCI) via motor unit(MU) number estimation(MUNE) from compound muscle action potential(CMAP) scan. The secondary objective of this study was to establish the normal reference value of Mu in the first dorsal interosseous (FDI) muscle of normal subjects, and to explore the criteria of CMAP scan MUNE for judging the Mu decrease in SCI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

观察组脊髓损伤患者给予每周3次的经颅磁刺激治疗，连续4周。磁刺激放在观察侧对侧大脑皮层运动区投影处，以诱发出FDI收缩确定治疗阈值和磁刺激位置。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The patients in the observation group were given transcranial magnetic stimulation three times a week for four weeks. Magnetic stimulation was placed on the contralateral projection of the motor area of the cerebral cortex to induce FDI contraction and determine the treatment threshold and magnetic stimulation location. 

纳入标准：

（1）受试者签署书面知情同意书，表明其理解了试验目的和过程，并愿意参加试验；
（2）观察组确诊为颈段脊髓损伤患者；
（3）体内无起搏器等植入的电子设备；
（4）观察组能坚持、配合经颅磁刺激治疗4周。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The subject signs a written informed consent form, indicating that they understand the purpose and process of the trial and are willing to participate in the trial;
(2) Patients with cervical spinal cord injury were diagnosed in the observation group;
(3) There is no implanted electronic device such as pacemaker in the subject's?body;
(4) The patients in the observation group were able to persist and cooperate with transcranial magnetic stimulation for 4 weeks.

排除标准：

(1)不签署知情同意书
(2)不能配合实施全过程研究
(3)合并有正中、尺、桡神经等周围神经损伤者
(4)装有心脏起博器等植入的电子设备
(5)处于怀孕或哺乳期

Exclusion criteria：

(1) No informed consent;
(2) Can not cooperate with the implementation of the whole process research;
(3) Combined with median, ulnar, radial nerve and other peripheral nerve injury;
(4) An implanted electronic device with a pacemaker, etc;
(5) During pregnancy or lactation.
