Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the expression and significance of PCSK9 in sepsis and septic shock, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合2016年国际脓毒症和脓毒性休克诊断标准；②年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the international criteria for diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock in 2016; ② Age ≥18 years old.

排除标准：

①院外长期应用降脂药物；②各种疾病的终末期，不可复苏的临终状态的患者；③已入选其他研究项目的患者；④孕妇、哺乳期妇女、智力或精神严重障碍者；⑤致死性的原发疾病无法祛除者，如脑干损伤并发脓毒症、严重的复合外伤并脓毒症有手术禁忌者；⑥研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Long-term use of lipid-lowering drugs outside the hospital; (2) the terminal stage of various diseases, patients in an unresuscitated terminal state; ③ Patients who have been enrolled in other studies; (4) pregnant women, breast-feeding women, severe intellectual or mental disorders; ⑤ Fatal primary diseases cannot be removed, such as brain stem injury complicated with sepsis, severe combined trauma and sepsis with surgical contraindications; ⑥ Other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials, the researchers said.
