研究目的：

1.首要目的： （1）研究PNF技术对颈髓损伤患者胸廓活动影响； （2）研究PNF技术是否改善颈髓损伤患者膈肌功能； （3）PNF技术是否改善颈髓损伤患者肺部感染情况。 2.次要目标：观察颈髓损伤患者损伤后膈肌运动及胸廓运动变化。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary purpose: (1) To study the effect of PNF technique on thoracic activity in patients with cervical spinal cord injury; (2) To study whether PNF technology improves diaphragm function in patients with cervical spinal cord injury; (3) Whether PNF technology can improve pulmonary infection in patients with cervical spinal cord injury. 2. Secondary objective: To observe the changes of diaphragm movement and thoracic movement in patients with cervical spinal cord injury after injury.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.AISA标准诊断为颈髓损伤；
2.年龄18-70岁；
3.签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. AISA standard diagnosis of cervical spinal cord injury;
2. Aged 18-70 years;
3. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并有慢阻肺、哮喘等慢性肺疾病；
2.伴有锁骨、肋骨骨折、皮肤破损等不适合手法治疗的疾病；
3.病情危重，不适合介入康复治疗的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with chronic lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma;
2. Associated with clavicle, rib fracture, skin damage and other diseases that are not suitable for manual therapy;
3. The condition is critical and not suitable for interventional rehabilitation treatment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）研究人员将收集到的临床资料和数据记录到为本研究专门数据统计表上。所有数据均用黑色中性笔来记录，并且所有记录将由主要研究者进行核查其是否完整，并由他/她签字。所有数据不允许涂改。研究过程中，研究负责人将委任专门的监查员定期核查研究数据。目的是核查记录于病例报告表和随访记录表上的数据的完整性和可靠性，主要研究者的责任在于及时地发现任何数据错误和/或遗漏，并提请研究者注意。研究者将配合这些监查过程，在监查员核查时确保提供病例报告表和其他必要的文件，并对监查员所提出的任何注意事项给予足够的重视。监查员的职责在于对照原始记录中的数据来核查病例报告表上的所有数据，研究者在监查员核查时要给予配合，并提供所有必要的原始记录。所有原始资料、病例报告表复印件及病例报告表需由研究者或研究医院保管，从研究结束算起至少5年。（2）电子采集和管理系统。
