Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare terbutaline and nifedipine for acute intrapartum fetal resuscitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.产程中发生宫缩过频或强制宫缩；
2.出现不可靠胎监；
3.孕妇基础心率＜110bpm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Frequent contractions or forced contractions occur during labor;
2. Unreliable fetal monitoring appears;
3. The basal heart rate of pregnant women is less than 110bpm.

排除标准：

不能配合干预及疗效观察者。

Exclusion criteria：

Can not cooperate with intervention and curative effect observation.
