研究目的：

应用超声造影（CEUS）构建肾血流灌注功能图谱，利用超声造影检测和检测肾瘢痕，评估CEUS对肾瘢痕的诊断准确性。为儿童肾瘢痕的早期诊断、早期干预提供依据，对行手术治疗时机选择予以一定的指导作用。评判超声造影定量分析能否逐步替代有创性检查，并进行长期随访。  

Objectives of Study：

Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) was used to construct an atlas of renal blood perfusion function, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to detect and detect renal scars, and to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CEUS for renal scars. It provides a basis for early diagnosis and early intervention of children with renal scars, and provides certain guidance on the timing of surgical treatment. To judge whether quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound can gradually replace invasive examinations and carry out long-term follow-up.

纳入标准：

泌尿系超声、排尿性膀胱尿道造影提示存在膀胱输尿管返流的患儿，可获取DMSA资料。

Inclusion criteria

Urinary ultrasound and urinary cystourethrography suggest that children with vesicoureteral reflux can obtain DMSA data.

排除标准：

1.已知具有试验药物使用禁忌证者；
2.已知对试验用药物所含成分过敏者；
3.其他泌尿系统畸形；
4.既往用药、疾病、外伤、感染、手术有肾脏损伤可能；
5.对造影剂不耐受，过敏体质患儿；
6.研究者认为不适合参加临床试验者；
7.心脏、肺先天发育异常，合并免疫系统疾病或接受免疫治疗；
8.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统原发性疾病，肝功能大于参考值上限1.5倍、肾功能超过参考值上限者；
9.3个月内曾参加过或正在参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are known to have contraindications to the use of test drugs;
2. Those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients contained in the test drug;
3. Other malformations of the urinary system;
4. There may be kidney damage due to previous medication, disease, trauma, infection, and surgery;
5. Patients with intolerance to contrast agents and allergies;
6. Those who are deemed unsuitable by the researcher to participate in clinical trials;
7. Abnormal heart and lung congenital development, combined with immune system disease or receiving immunotherapy;
8. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, liver function greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of the reference value, and renal function exceeding the upper limit of the reference value;
9. Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 3 months.
