研究目的：

探讨静脉注射利多卡因是否会抑制OLV后的HPV效应，进而增加肺内分流和低氧血症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether intravenous lidocaine inhibits the HPV effect after OLV, thereby increasing the incidence of intrapulmonary shunt and hypoxemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期需单肺通气行肺叶切除或食管手术患者，年龄20~70岁，BMI 18~25kg/m2，ASA I或Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

Patients with single-lung ventilation undergoing lobectomy or esophageal surgery, aged 20-65 years, BMI 18~25kg/m2, ASA I or II

排除标准：

术前合并有严重心血管、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病、中度以上贫血、肺功能检查中度以上异常、FEV1/FVC<65％（肺功能检查：记录FVC%、FEV1%）、长期使用镇静镇痛药物、低蛋白血症、水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱者和出凝血功能障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperatively combined with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, moderate anemia, pulmonary function tests more than moderate abnormalities, FEV1/FVC <65% (pulmonary function test: record FVC%, FEV1%), long-term Use sedative analgesics, hypoproteinemia, water and electrolytes, and acid-base balance disorders and patients with coagulopathy.
