研究目的：

利用多模态影像（二维超声心动图、三维超声心动图、心脏磁共振等）等综合评估肥厚型心肌病的的术前、术后房室腔结构与功能，以及以及探讨能够早期、准确、无创评估心肌纤维化程度，以及不良结局的指标。  

Objectives of Study：

The aims of this study are to 1. Using multimodal images (two-dimensional echocardiography, three-dimensional echocardiography, cardiac magnetic resonance, etc.) assess the preoperative and postoperative atrial and ventricular structure and function of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. 2.Explore the early, accurately and non-invasively indicators for evaluating myocardial fibrosis in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and indicators of adverse outcomes.

纳入标准：

于2021年7月1号至2023年12月31号就诊于武汉协和医院超声医学科确诊的肥厚型心肌病患者100例。

Inclusion criteria

From July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023, 100 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were diagnosed in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital.
