研究目的：

研究后牙区拔牙位点牙槽窝骨壁骨缺损大于50%时使用胶原块、PRF及可吸收胶原膜进行牙槽嵴保存的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the volumetric hard and soft tissue changes after alveolar ridge preservation/augmentation (ARP) in molar sites with severe bone resorption using deproteinized bovine bone mineral with 10% collagen (DBBM-C) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) with a resorbable collagen membrane by means of three dimensional and linear analyses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 患者年龄大于18岁；
2) 口腔卫生状况良好（全口菌斑指数＜25%，全口出血指数＜10%）；
3) 上颌或下颌后牙存在由于牙周炎、根尖周炎等导致牙齿无法保留者；
4) 拔牙窝存在至少两个完整的骨壁，且同时有超过1个骨壁有50%及以上的垂直骨吸收；
5) 患牙近远中都有天然牙存在。

Inclusion criteria

At least 19 years old
Good oral hygiene (full-mouth plaque score＜25% and FMBS < 10% )
Presence of a mandibular or a maxillary falling posterior tooth or root to be extracted because of an periapical disease, periodontal disease, caries, or fracture
At least two socket walls with alveolar bone beyond the apex of the extraction socket≥3mm and presence of more than 50% of hard tissue loss in one or more socket walls
Presence of both adjacent teeth

排除标准：

1) 口腔卫生条件差且不愿意接受牙周治疗的患者；
2) 怀孕或哺乳期女性；
3) 有全身系统性疾病史或影响口腔手术治疗的用药史；
4) 每日吸烟＞10支；
5) 过去5年曾有过头颈部放射治疗；
6) 拔牙位点角化龈宽度＜1mm；
7) 不能按时复诊或无法完成手术治疗全过程者。

Exclusion criteria：

Poor oral hygiene (Refused to receive periodontal treatment)
Pregnancy or lactation
History of systematic disease and medication that would contraindicate the oral surgery treatment
Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day
Radiotherapy of head and neck within the past 5 years
Teeth with extreme less than 1mm keratinized tissue
Unable to complete the therapeutic procedure or follow-up visits

使用随机数生成软件(SPSS 26.0版本, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA)将患者按顺序编号后写于纸条上密封于不透光的信封中，拔牙前由一名不参与该项实验且完全不知情的医生打开信封抽取纸条，随机将患者纳入至牙槽嵴保存组或对照组中。术者及助手由于需要手术操作故无法做盲法处理，术后测量临床指标的医生对分组及患者情况完全不知情，术后测量CBCT的医生由于极易看出两组区别故也无法做盲法处理。

All the included patients were randomly assigned to two groups (ARP group and NH group) with equal number of participants. The random sequence was generated by digital software (SPSS version 26.0, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Opaque envelopes were utilized to conceal the allocation sequence from the surgeon
