研究目的：

1.构建 PERMA 模式信息化性健康管理平台；2.探讨该平台对宫颈癌患者性健康的影响；3.为我国癌症患者性健康管理模式的制定提 供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To construct PERMA model information sexual health management platform;2.To explore the impact of the platform on sexual health of cervical cancer patients;3.It provides reference for the formulation of sexual health management model of cancer patients in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据 FIGO 标准诊断为 IA1～IIA2 期宫颈癌；②年龄为18～50 岁；③拟行根治性子宫切除术；④能熟练使用微信者；⑤自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.According to the international union of obstetrics and gynecology (FIGO) standard diagnosis of stage ⅠA1~ IIA2 cervical cancer; 2.Aged 18 to 50 years; 3.Radical hysterectomy is planned ; 4.Proficient in using wechat; 5.Patients volunteer were participate.

排除标准：

①精神障碍或认知障碍者；②合并心脑血管疾病或其他肿瘤等因素影响性生活者；③既往有性心理或性功能障碍者；④肿瘤复发者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 2.Complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other tumor and other factors affecting sexual life; 3.People with previous psychosexual or sexual dysfunction; 4.Tumor recurrence.

①将病人按来的顺序编号，即第一个病人为1号，共90个编号；②由研究者使用Excel随机生成数字，共90个数字，病人编号与数字一一对应；③将随机数字按升序排列，前45个小的随机数为干预组，后45个较大的随机数为对照组；④查找病人对应数字所在的组别。
