研究目的：

1.评估放血疗法治疗毒蛇咬伤所致凝血功能异常的临床疗效； 2.探讨中西医结合治疗毒蛇咬伤提的新思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

1.证实放血疗法促进青竹蛇咬伤患者凝血功能的恢复，改善预后。 2.通过放血疗法开拓治疗毒蛇咬伤的新方法。 3.为中医“化瘀止血”理论，提供临床科学依据。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合青竹蛇咬伤诊断标准的患者；
（2）年龄≥18岁、≤60岁；
（3）入选前未接受过蛇伤的治疗；
（4）自愿接受试验，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of bamboo snake bite;
(2) aged 18 to 60 years old;
(3) The treatment of snakebite was not accepted before the election;
(4) Voluntarily accept the trial and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
（2）神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者；
（3）有血液系统疾病的患者；
（4）正在接受影响凝血功能或抗血小板药物治疗的患者；
（5）正在接受糖皮质激素治疗的患者；
（6）入选前就有心、肝、肾功能损害的患者；
（7）合并肿瘤或免疫缺陷的患者；
（8）伤口周围不能实施放血疗法者：例如伤口周围有大血管或神经；面部点刺放血影响美观等情况
（9）糖尿病而且长期血糖控制欠佳合并糖病足者。
（10）晕血者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant and lactating women;
(2) insane, dementia and various mental patients;
(3) patients with hematological diseases;
(4) patients undergoing coagulation therapy or antiplatelet therapy are being accepted.
(5) patients receiving glucocorticoid treatment;
(6) patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction before the election;
(7) patients with tumor or immunodeficiency;
(8) The patients who can not be treated by Bloodletting around the wound, such as large blood vessels or nerves around the wound, and the effect of bloodletting by facial puncture on aesthetics, etc.;
(9) Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with infection of limbs, who have poor long-term glycemic control;
(10) Patients had syncope with blood.
