研究目的：

评估深度水解配方用于先天性巨结肠症患儿围术期肠内营养支持的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the impact of extensively hydrolyzed formula （EHF） for enteral nutritional support in perioperative children with Hirschsprung's disease （HSCR）.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为先天性巨结肠（直肠乙状结肠型）；
2.拟行腹腔镜或机器人辅助Soave拖出术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who were diagnosed with rectosigmoid HSCR;
2. expected to receive elective laparoscopic-assisted or robotic-assisted Soave pull-through.

排除标准：

1.伴随严重胃肠道症状或需要肠外营养支持；
2.合并其他畸形或21三体综合征；
3.正在纯母乳喂养；
4.拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients combined with severe gastrointestinal symptoms or need extra parenteral nutrition support;
2. had other deformities or trisomy 21;
3. were being exclusively breastfed;
4. refused to participate in the research.
