研究目的：

通过严格规范的随机对照研究，观察“调督安神法”针刺治疗作用，达到以下3个目的。 1.通过针刺治疗观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、失眠严重指数以及wActiSleep-BT无线睡眠监测仪等指标对比治疗组与对照组失眠改善情况。 2.通过针刺治疗观察SAS焦虑自评量表和SDS抑郁自评量表对于治疗组与对照组围绝经期情绪变化。 3.通过针刺治疗观察更年期生活质量评价量表对于治疗组与对照组之间围绝经期患者生活质量改变情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the difference in improvement of insomnia, assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), between the intervention group and control group. 2. To compare the difference in improvement of mood, measured by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), between the intervention group and control group. 3. To compare the difference in improvement of Menopause Quality of Life (MenQOL), between the intervention group and control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄45～60岁符合诊断标准的女性；
2.符合围绝经期、失眠的西医和中医诊断标准；
3.PSQI分级属于还行和一般者；
4.失眠病程≥1月；
5.发病时间在绝经前后，伴月经紊乱，患者伴有雌激素降低的相关症状，如汗出、潮热、心慌头晕、激动易怒及关
节疼痛等。
6.能理解各项日间功能量表条文并完成评定；
7.同意参加调查并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Menopausal women aged 45~60 years;
2. Participants who meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with the above perimenopausal and insomnia;
3. Participants in line with the international classification of sleep disorders (ICSD-3) for the diagnosis of insomnia;
4. Participants whose PSQI score higher than 5;
5. Insomnia course more than a month;
6. Participants who voluntarily agree to join the study and to sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并有抑郁症、焦虑症、精神分裂症等严重精神疾病患者；
2.患有严重心、脑、肾、肝脏疾病患者；
3.有全身性疾病如疼痛、发热、咳嗽、手术等以及外界环境干扰因素引起的继发性失眠患者；
4.6月内服用性激素的患者；
5.患者近2周内曾接受其他有关治疗（如服用地西泮、阿普唑仑等药物）影响疗效观察者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. have severe mental illness such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and so on;
2. with serious heart, brain, kidney or liver disease;
3. with secondary insomnia caused by systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, and external environment disturbance;
4. who have taken hormones for nearly 6 months;
5. Pregnant or lactation women.

本试验采用区组随机对照方法进行分组，通过操作SPSS23.0软件得出随机数字，并制成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封，信封序号与卡片序号相同。病例按其就诊的先后次序拆号码相同的信封，按信封内卡规定的分组将所观察的病例随机分为针刺组（治疗组）42例和假针刺组（安慰剂假针刺组）42例，该研究将在上海市中医医院针灸科门诊完成84例病人收录。
