研究目的：

1、观察重复经颅磁刺激对血管性认知障碍患者的临床疗效； 2、基于大脑默认网络，研究重复经颅磁刺激治疗血管性认知障碍患者的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To observe the clinical effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on patients with vascular cognitive impairment; 2.Based on the default network of the brain, to study the possible mechanism of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of patients with vascular cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合《2019年中国血管性认知障碍诊治指南》中血管性认知障碍的诊断标准；
2)20岁≤年龄≥75岁；
3)MMSE：文盲≤17分，小学文化患者≤19分，初中及以上文化患者≤24分；
4)由受试者或其家属（监护人）知情同意，自愿参加本研究.

Inclusion criteria

1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for vascular cognitive impairment in the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment;
2)20 years old ≤ age ≥ 75 years old;
3)MMSE: illiteracy ≤17 points, elementary school education patients ≤19 points, junior high school and above cultural patients ≤24 points;
4)Subjects or their family members (guardians) informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily.

排除标准：

1)不符合纳入标准的；
2)病情严重或原发病情进行性恶化的患者；
3)心、脑、肺疾病的急发作期，其他原因的脑白质高信号，如脑部感染等；
4)明显的失语或色盲，不能理解或配合评定及治疗指令；
5)颅内有金属植入物；
6)癫痫发作病史及家族史患者；
7)既往有智力障碍，存在精神疾病及抑郁的患者；
8)其他研究者认为不适合参加研究的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1)Does not meet the inclusion criteria;
2)Patients with severe disease or progressive deterioration of the underlying disease;
3)The acute attack of heart, brain, and lung diseases, other causes of white matter high signal, such as brain infections, etc.;
4)Obvious aphasia or color blindness, unable to understand or cooperate with assessment and treatment instructions;
5)Metal implants in the skull;
6)Patients with seizure history and family history;
7)Patients with previous intellectual disability, mental illness and depression;
8)Patients considered by other researchers to be unsuitable to participate in the study.
