Objectives of Study：

Explore the safety and effectiveness of individualized exercise prescription in hospitalized elderly patients

纳入标准：

首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院综合科就诊患者，年龄≥60 岁，预期寿命大于 1 年，同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients in Department of Internal medicine, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University, aged ≥ 60 years and life expectancy greater than 1 year, agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

失能、预期生存小于 1 年（如晚期肿瘤患者）、交流有困难（如严重认知功能障碍、严重听力障碍患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

Incapacitated, expected survival less than 1 year (such as patients with advanced tumors), communication difficulties (such as severe cognitive dysfunction, severe hearing impairment).
