研究目的：

本研究主要目的是通过临床数据库建立，实现肾积水病例系统化，标准化管理。评估临床实践中肾积水的临床特点。从而对肾积水病因、发病机制，影响因素及转归进行研究。次要目的是评估临床实践中肾积水患者对治疗的依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to achieve systematic and standardized management of hydronephrosis cases through the establishment of clinical database ，evaluate the clinical features of hydronephrosis in clinical practice and investigation of the etiology, pathogenesis, influencing factors and outcome of hydronephrosis. The secondary objection was to assess adherence to treatment in patients with hydronephrosis in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

所有于我院随访的妊娠中期诊断胎儿肾积水的孕妇，所有诊断肾积水的患儿

Inclusion criteria

All the women who were followed up in our hospital with a diagnosis of fetal hydronephrosis during the second trimester, and all the children with a diagnosis of hydronephrosis

排除标准：

诊断为神经源性膀胱，尿路感染，泌尿系结石以及其他先天性下尿路疾病的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children diagnosed with neurogenic bladder, urinary tract infection, urinary calculi, and other congenital lower urinary tract diseases
