研究目的：

1. 通过对常州市长途汽车驾驶员进行问卷调查及睡眠监测以了解此人群患有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征情况。 2. 通过对患有中重度 OSAS 长途司机进行发生交通事故以及睡眠相关症状的随访（包括同意使用 CPAP 和不同意使用 CPAP），明确发生交通事故的风险及临床获益。 3. 进一步明确在启动 CPAP 治疗后最短多长时间，驾驶员可再次安全上路。 4.通过外泌体对 OSAS 可能存在的相关机制进行探索  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the prevalence of sleep apnea syndrome in long-distance bus drivers in Changzhou by questionnaire and sleep monitoring. 2.To determine the risks and clinical benefits of traffic accidents by following up long-distance drivers with moderate to severe OSAS for traffic accidents and sleep-related symptoms, including agreement and disagreement to use CPAP. 3.Further clarify how long after initiating CPAP therapy is the shortest time the driver can safely go on the road again. 4.The possible mechanisms involved in OSAS were explored by exosomes.

纳入标准：

(1) 驾龄大于等于 1 年；
(2) 初中及以上文化水平；
(3) 3.熟练运用手机等通讯设备；

Inclusion criteria

(1)Driving age ≥ 1 year;

(2)Junior high school and above;

（3）skilled use of mobile phones and other communication equipment

排除标准：

（1）长期服用精神类药物；
(2) 无法配合问卷调查

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Long-term use of psychotropic drugs;

(2)Inability to cooperate with questionnaires
