主要目的：探讨经颅直流电刺激对改善失眠的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁；
2.PSQI评分>6分；
3.无神经或精神障碍，如抑郁（HAMD>17），焦虑（HAMA>14）；
4.无其他睡眠障碍（如睡眠相关运动障碍、嗜睡或嗜睡）；
5.右手优势（由适合中国人的汉语惯用手量表确定，包括10个测试项目）和母语为汉语的人；
6.失眠药物在治疗前四周内无变化。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years;
2. PSQI score >6;
3. No neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as depression (HAMD>17), and anxiety (HAMA >14);
4. No other sleep disorders (such as sleep-related movement disorders, hypersomnia, or parasomnia);
5. Right-hand dominance (determined by Chinese Handedness Inventory that suits Chinese people, including 10 test items) and native Chinese speakers;
6. The insomnia drugs did not change in the four weeks prior to treatment.

排除标准：

1.体内有金属植入物的病人；
2.癫痫患者；
3.孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with metal implants in their body;
2. Epileptic patients;
3. Pregnant women, and lactating women.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。 电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by two special researchers with two computers respectively.After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
