研究目的：

主要目的：通过临床样本检测和细胞实验研究阐述miR-181b-5p是否能够靶向SPP1调控PI3K-AKT信号通路进而影响乳腺癌生物学行为。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To demonstrate whether miR-181b-5p can target SPP1 to regulate the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and influence the biological behavior of breast cancer through clinical sample detection and cell experiment research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前 2 周内接受过多模态超声检查；
2.超声显示乳腺实性病灶最大径≤3.50 cm；
3.参与本研究的患者均知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Receive multimodal ultrasound examination within 2 weeks before surgery;
2. Ultrasound showed that the maximum diameter of solid breast lesions was <=3.50 cm;
3. All patients participating in this study gave informed consent and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前进行过任何抗肿瘤相关治疗；
2.超声检查前做过活检、手术或其他特殊治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have taken any anti-tumor related treatment before surgery;
2. Biopsy, surgery or other special treatments have been done before ultrasound examination.
