Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Prevalence of diabetic foot and construction of diabetic foot management system in Chaoshan area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据患者临床表现、体征，结合体格检查、实验室检验，明确诊断为糖尿病足；
2.患者年龄 18~75 岁

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the clinical manifestations and signs of patients, combined with physical examination and laboratory examination, the diabetic foot is diagnosed clearly.
2. Aged 18 to 75 years;

排除标准：

1.认知功能障碍、精神疾病、痴呆患者；
2.合并其他严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤、心脑血管不良事件、肝肾功能严重障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, dementia;
2. It is combined with other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events, and severe dysfunction of liver and kidney function.
