本研究旨在探索颗粒细胞中与优质胚胎率相关的关键差异代谢物,并研究其对卵母细胞质量和胚胎发育的重要作用,进一步探讨其影响作用的机制,为在早期预测和改善卵母细胞质量和胚胎发育提供理论基础和临床转化支持。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to explore the key differential metabolites related to high quality embryo rate in culumus cells, and study the important role of metabolites on oocyte quality and embryo development. Furthermore, the mechanism of their influence can be explored, providing theoretical basis and clinical transformation support for early prediction and improvement of oocyte quality and embryo development.

纳入标准:

纳入标准为BMI 18.5-25,年龄20-40岁的IVF男女双方患者

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were BMI 18.5-25 for both male and female IVF patients aged 20-40

排除标准:

女方曾经或现在患有多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、卵巢功能减退等疾病,男方精液检查异常、染色体异常等疾病

Exclusion criteria:

The woman has or is suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, ovarian dysfunction and other diseases, and the man's semen examination is abnormal, chromosome abnormality and other diseases
