研究目的：

（1）明确改良SSE方案对于佩戴Boston支具AIS患者躯干三维形态的疗效 （2）探索躯干三维形态改变与康复疗效的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Clarifying the effect of the modified SSE scheme on the three-dimensional morphology of the trunk of AIS patients with Boston brace (2) Exploring the correlation between the three-dimensional shape change of the trunk and the rehabilitation effect

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合国际脊柱侧凸研究学会对于AIS患者支具治疗临床纳入标准
（2）年龄10 - 18周岁
（3）Cobb角25°- 40°
（4）Risser征：0 - 2级
（5）女性月经初潮时间 ≤ 1年
（6） 首次佩戴Boston支具

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the clinical inclusion criteria of the International Scoliosis Research Society for the treatment of AIS patients with braces
(2) Age ranged from 10 to 18 years old
(3) Cobb angle ranged from 25°to 40°
(4) Rissers sign ranged from level 0 to level 2
(5) Less than 1 year since menarche

排除标准：

（1）有明确病因导致的脊柱侧凸
（2）双下肢不等长 ＞ 1cm
（3）既往或现阶段已参加其他针对脊柱侧凸形态的康复干预

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Scoliosis caused by a clear disease
(2) Greater than 1cm of the unequal length between the lower limbs
(3) Participated in other rehabilitation interventions for scoliosis
