研究目的：

1. 调查我院门诊和住院癌痛患者止痛知识的掌握情况； 2. 分析患者止痛知识和其止痛效果的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the knowledge of pain relief for outpatient and inpatient cancer pain patients in our hospital; 2. To analyze the correlation between patients' analgesic knowledge and their analgesic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.恶性肿瘤的诊断；
2.癌症疼痛诊断；
3.根据WHO三阶梯原则服/使用止痛药物；
4.服/使用止痛药物≥3天；
5.意识清楚，能准确表达自己的想法；
6.电话随访的患者需言语顺畅，清晰交流，问诊患者若言语表达障碍，需书面交流顺畅；
7.接受药师随访和问诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of malignant tumor;
2. Cancer pain diagnosis;
3. Take/use painkillers according to the WHO three-step principle;
4. Take/use pain medication for >=3 days;
5. Clear awareness and able to express their thoughts accurately;
6. Patients who are followed up by telephone need to communicate smoothly and clearly. If the patients who are interviewed have difficulty in verbal expression, they need to communicate smoothly in writing;
7. Receive follow-up visits and consultations from pharmacists.

排除标准：

加用自行购买或外院开具的止痛药。

Exclusion criteria：

Add painkillers purchased by yourself or prescribed by an outside hospital.
