回顾性研究新生儿期糖原贮积症的临床特征及基因突变情况，为新生儿糖原贮积症提供诊断依据及治疗建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospectively study the clinical features and gene mutations of neonatal glycogen storage disease, and provide diagnostic evidence and treatment recommendations for neonatal glycogen storage disease.

纳入标准：

1.起病时间：出生≤28天；
2.存在糖原贮积症临床表现且在我院接受诊疗的患儿；
3.行基因分析。

Inclusion criteria

1. Onset time: birth ≤ 28 days;
2. Neonates with clinical manifestations of glycogen storage disease and receiving diagnosis and treatment in our hospital;
3. Genetic analysis.

排除标准：

无临床表现。

Exclusion criteria：

No clinical manifestations.
