研究目的：

探讨加强光疗治疗达换血标准的新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效，优化达换血标准的新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of intensive phototherapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with exchange transfusion standard and optimize the treatment scheme of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

纳入标准：

新生儿科住院患者中达到换血标准的晚期早产儿和足月新生儿（≥35周胎龄）

Inclusion criteria

Late premature infants and full-term newborns (≥ 35 weeks gestational age) who have reached the standard of exchange transfusion among the inpatients in the neonatal Department

排除标准：

1、未完成治疗自动出院者；2、资料不全者；3、先天遗传代谢性疾病、染色体遗传、严重先天畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure to complete treatment for automatic discharge;
2. Incomplete data;
3. Congenital metabolic disease, chromosome inheritance, severe congenital malformation.
