研究目的：

本课题将通过床旁超声技术评价电针联合康复锻炼对机械通气患者主要及次要呼吸肌群、外周骨骼肌功能的干预作用，探讨肌肉功能变化与撤机结局的相关性，验证床旁超声技术在机械通气撤机过程中的指导作用，以期优化临床常用撤机评估方式提高撤机成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will evaluate the intervention effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise on major and secondary respiratory muscle groups and peripheral skeletal muscle function of patients with mechanical ventilation through bedside ultrasound technology, and explore the correlation between muscle function changes and the success rate of weaning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)行经口气管插管有创机械通气治疗且通气时间预计超过3天；
(2)年龄≥18周岁或≤90周岁；
(3)无针刺、电针、康复锻炼禁忌症；
(4)法定监护人或授权委托人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Invasive mechanical ventilation through otracheal intubation was performed and the duration of ventilation was expected to exceed 3 days;
(2) ≥18 years old or ≤90 years old;
(3) No contraindications of acupuncture, electroacupuncture and rehabilitation exercise;
(4) The legal guardian or authorized trustee signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)已知有神经肌肉病变或呼吸中枢病变；
(2)未解除的气胸、腹腔高压、大量腹水等限制性膈肌运动障碍；
(3)胸廓、肋骨畸形、肋骨骨折、下肢骨折或截肢；
(4)超声观察部位局部皮肤破损、感染；
(5)穴位局部皮肤破损、感染；
(6)留置临时、永久起搏器；
(7)各种原因（肠道严重积气、结构异常）导致超声无法探及膈肌运动。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Known neuromuscular disease or respiratory center disease;
(2) Unresolved pneumothorax, abdominal hypertension, massive ascites and other restrictive diaphragmatic motor disorders;
(3) Chest, rib deformity, rib fracture, lower limb fracture or amputation;
(4) Local skin damage and infection at the site were observed by ultrasound;
(5) Local skin damage and infection at the acupoints;
(6) Temporary and permanent pacemakers were indwelling;
(7) Various reasons (severe intestinal gas accumulation, structural abnormalities) lead to ultrasound failure to explore the diaphragm movement.
