研究目的：

探究儿童青少年1型糖尿病心理韧性训练项目的可行性、可接受性，初步探究该项目对于改善儿童青少年糖化血红蛋白、心理社会健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility, acceptability and impact of the ART programme (Adolescent Resilience Training) on glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and psychosocial measures in child and adolescents with T1DM.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊1型糖尿病超过1年；
2.年龄在10-18岁；
3.过去1年未参加其他结构化教育项目；
4.意愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. diagnosed with type 1 diabetes over 1 year;
2. aged 10-18 years;
3. did not participate other structural education program in one year;
4. agreed to participate in this project.

排除标准：

1.患有其他严重的身体/精神疾病、不稳定性视网膜病或有严重认知障碍；
2.近期患有急性并发症如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、严重低血糖；
3.近两个月内发生丧亲等重大家庭变故或个人事件影响情绪状态者；
4.不同意参与本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. other severe physical/mental diseases, unstable retinopathy, or severe cognitive impairment;
2. acute complications, such as diabetic ketoacidosis or severe hypoglycemia;
3. severe family events in one year such as bereavement or personal events;
4. refused to participate.

由一名不参与干预的研究者采用EXCEL表格生成的随机数表，将研究对象随机分组，每名参与者仅获得唯一序号，依照序号随机进入干预组/对照组。

Child and adolescents with type 1 diabetes were randomized 1:1 by a researcher who didn't participate in the stage of recruitment and intervention. Based on table of random numbers computed by Excel, researcher will acquire only one number matching one participant to ART programme or usual care.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

使用标准化数据收集法和 CRF 表格在干预期间收集数据，于基线和干预后随访阶段收集数据，研究人员将通过电话和短信跟踪参与者，并用一份CRF表格记录参与者信息。在就诊期间，将从参与者的电子病历中收集血糖数据。为了收集关于社会心理变量的数据，参与者将在基线和后续阶段完成问卷。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

A standard data collection and CRF file were used during the intervention. Data collection occurred for both groups at baseline and during all clinic visits following study enrollment. Participants will be followed by researchers through calls and texts, and only one CRF file will be used for one participant. Glycemic data will be collected from the participants' electronic medical records, during clinic visits. To gather data on psychosocial variables, participants will complete questionnaires at baseline and at the following-up period. Qualitative data will be collected and saved by one researcher.
