研究目的：

针对骶骨肿瘤切除术后因神经、肌肉附着点的丧失，会阴区功能障碍常见患者，行盆底重建治疗，观察患者排尿、排便功能变化。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with common perineal dysfunction due to the loss of nerve and muscle attachment points after sacral tumor resection, pelvic floor reconstruction was performed to observe the changes in urination and defecation functions of the patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄15～65岁骶骨肿瘤患者，需接受骶骨切除肿瘤根治术，从而盆底功能障碍；
2.不伴或伴由于骶骨肿瘤压迫造成的盆底肌相关排尿功能障碍；
3.手术切除节段以上骶神经根及其分支功能完好；
4.本人自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 15 to 65 years with sacral tumor need to undergo radical resection of the sacrum, resulting in pelvic floor dysfunction.
2. Without or with pelvic floor muscle-related voiding dysfunction caused by compression of sacral tumors.
3. Surgical resection of sacral nerve roots above the segments and their branches function intact.
4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.其他原因导致的膀胱及排尿功能障碍；
2.有尿失禁史或盆腔器官脱垂史；
3.神经肌肉病变者；
4.伴其他严重心、脑、肾疾病；
5.不配合本治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bladder and voiding dysfunction caused by other reasons;
2. History of urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse;
3. Neuromuscular disease;
4. With other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases;
5. Those who do not cooperate with this treatment.
