研究目的：

针对脊柱肿瘤患者并发脊髓损伤，出现神经及运动障碍，进行多治疗模式的康复治疗，为这部分患者提供更加优化及规范个性化的诊疗方案，建立并完善脊柱肿瘤患者神经及运动康复策略  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with spinal tumors complicated by spinal cord injury, neurological and motor disorders, multi-modal rehabilitation treatment is carried out, to provide more optimized and standardized personalized diagnosis and treatment plans for these patients, and to establish and improve neurological and sports rehabilitation strategies for spinal tumor patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

年龄15-65周岁之间，男女不限，每组共100个人。恢复期间，护理人员指导患者进行呼吸训练、排痰训练、轮椅训练、行走训练等，以及如厕、洗漱、穿衣等基本生活技能的训练，提高患者的生活自理能力。传统运动训练与激光针灸、电刺激及心理康复等多种模式组合，合理搭配训练强度,通过多种机制尽可能全面地恢复机体感觉、运动及自主神经功能。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

There were 100 persons in each group, aged from 15 to 65 years old, male or female. During the recovery period, nurses instructed patients to carry out breathing training, expectoration training, wheelchair training, walking training, as well as toilet, washing, dressing and other basic life skills training, to improve patients' self-care ability. Traditional sports training is combined with laser acupuncture, electrical stimulation and psychological rehabilitation, and the training intensity is reasonably matched to restore the sensory, motor and autonomic nervous function of the body as comprehensively as possible through a variety of mechanisms. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄15～65岁脊柱肿瘤患者，出现脊髓损伤症状；
2. CT或者MRI检查确诊为脊柱肿瘤并脊髓损伤；
3.具有明确的手术指征；
4.本人自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Spinal tumor patients aged 15 to 65 years with symptoms of spinal cord injury;
2. CT or MRI examination diagnosed as spinal tumor and spinal cord injury;
3. Have clear surgical indications;
4. Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.其他原因导致的神经及运动功能障碍；
2.体力状况不能进行运动训练者；
3.伴其他严重心、脑、肾疾病；
4.不配合本治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurological and motor dysfunction caused by other reasons;
2. Those who are physically unable to perform sports training;
3. Associated with other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases;
4. Those who do not cooperate with this treatment.
