Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在18-60周岁的男性或女性； 体重正常（BMI指数 18.5～23.9），轻中度体力活动； 获得知情同意书，自愿参加试验者

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Normal body weight (BMI index) eighteen point five ~ twenty-three point nine ）Of the subjects, light to moderate physical activity; 3. Subjects who obtained informed consent and participated in the trial voluntarily.

排除标准：

妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏体质或乳糖不耐受者； 合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神病患者； 有代谢性疾病及糖尿病直系血亲家族史； 近期有胃肠道疾患和服用任何药物； 无法按规定食用受试样品，或资料不全，影响结果判断者； 正参加其它临床试验的志愿者； 研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution or lactose intolerant objects.
2. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis;
3. Patients with metabolic diseases and diabetes mellitus with lineal family history;
4. Recent gastrointestinal diseases and patients taking any drugs;
5. Those who can't eat the test sample according to the regulations, or whose data are incomplete and affect the result judgment;
6. Volunteers participating in other clinical trials;
7. The researchers think that other reasons are not suitable for the subjects of clinical trials.
