Objectives of Study：

To examine effects of a psychoeducational program for new parents in transtion to parenthood on psychological adaptation and early parenting

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1). 夫妻双方均是第一次生育孩子；2)孕周在孕中期；3). 孕妇年龄在18-50岁；4). 长期居住者，打算在本研究点建档生产，符合长期随访条件；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Both the husband and wife have children for the first time;2) in the second trimester;3) The pregnant woman is between 18 and 50 years old;4). Long-term residents meet the conditions of long-term follow-up

排除标准：

排除标准：1). 父亲无法参与研究；2). 父母至少一方有严重躯体疾病或精神障碍诊断；

Exclusion criteria: 1). Fathers are unable to participate in the study;2). At least one parent has been diagnosed with a serious physical illness or mental disorder
